I have pleasure in presenting my report to the Association, together with the accounts for the year 1937. The Income Account for the year shows a balance of £ 299 14s. 5d., of which £ 78 3s. lid. represents the excellent balance contributed from the Bangor meeting. The suggestion of the Local Committee at Bangor that part of this should be appro- priated for the purpose of excavations in Caernarvonshire will be submitted to the Research Committee in due course. The chief feature of the account is the substantial increase in the cost of ARCHAEOLOGIA Cambrensis, partly due to the increased cost of printing. I am discussing this matter with the editors. I suggest that, out of the balance, £ 150 be transferred to the Research Fund, and a further £ 50 stock be purchased and added to the general reserve, leaving the balance to be carried forward to the present year. H. J. RANDALL, Treasurer.
