Llandeilo Fawr, beautifully situated on the slope of a hill in the middle of the Towy Valley, has been twice visited before by the Association: in 1855, August 27-September 1, and in 1892, August 8--13, when the Presidents on the occasions were Lord Dynevor and Sir James Williams-Drummond, Bart., Edwinsford. A strong representative Committee had been formed to make the necessary arrangements, whose efforts resulted in a very successful Meeting. The attendance of Members was quite up to the average at post-war Meetings, and, though Llandilo is a small town, with the proffered assistance of kind friends in the neighbourhood, the accommodation and hospitality proved all that could be desired. An annotated programme for the excursions had been prepared. The itinerary worked out quite satisfactorily, the scheduled time being well kept throughout the week, notwithstanding the heavy rain which fell on two days. At the request of the Local Committee Mr. G. Eyre Evans acted as leader and time-keeper on the excursions. Being Boy Scouts Commissioner for the County of Carmarthen he arranged for members of the 1st Llandilo Troop of Boy Scouts to meet the arrival trains and act as guides and baggage-bearers for the visitors to their hotels or apartments. The boys were also in evidence throughout the week, and by their willing readiness of service added much to the comfort of the Members. The headquarters for the week were the County School, Llandilo. The Evening Meetings were held in the main hall of the School. The Members assembled each morning near the Parish Church at 9.30 a.m., except on Thursday and Friday, when the time was 9 o'clock, and were conveyed on the excursions in motor chars-a- bancs. GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING. The week's proceedings began as usual with a Meeting of the General Committee for business, held at the County School, on Monday at 8 p.m. Present: Major C. E.
