Vice-President.—Mr. T. E. Morris proposed, and the Rev. Thos. Roberts seconded, and it was unanimously agreed that Mr. D. Lleufer Thomas, M.A., be elected a Vice-President. Place of Meeting, 1925.—On the motion of Mr. T. E. Morris, seconded by Mrs. Henry Lewis, it was unanimously resolved that the Association meet at Llandilo in 1925, and that a day be given to the Gaer (Brecon). The President was desired to draft sugges- tions for the Itinerary. (A list of donations received by the Treasurer in 1923 will be found below.) Later, there was held a Meeting of the Editorial Committee. There were present, Prof. J. E. Lloyd, Prof. H. J. Fleure, Major Breese, Canon Fisher, Mr. T. E. Morris, and Canon C. F. Roberts. Prof. Lloyd was elected to the Chair. The question of an Index to the Journal from the beginning was discussed at length, and it was agreed that it should be an entirely new, simple, alphabetical Index, and fairly full. The Senior General Secretary was directed to make enquiries as to persons capable of performing the work, and to obtain an estimate of the cost. The Editor was asked to communicate with the Printers with regard to reducing their charges for the production of the Journal.
