Local Secretary.-Letters were read relating to the appointment of a Local Secretary for the Oswestry Meeting in the place of Major- General Sandbach, who had resigned upon going abroad. Mr. Eyre Evans proposed, Canon Fisher seconded, and it was unanimously agreed that the action of the Senior General Secretary be confirmed and that General Montgomery be appointed. Itinerary.-The Oswestry Itinerary as submitted by the Local Committee was considered in detail. It was resolved that the following places be omitted from the Programme-The Breidden (alternative excursion on Tuesday), Y Gaer Fawr, Pistyll Rhiaiadr, Cerrig y Beddau, Craig Rhiwarth and Llanymynech Copper Mines. Old Oswestry to be visited on Thursday instead of Saturday, and Oswestry Parish Church, &c., to be visited on Saturday morning instead of Thursday. The Itinerary as a whole to be re-timed. It was resolved that Canon Fisher and the Senior General Secretary arrange for speakers. Programme.-It was resolved that the Programme be published at 2s. 6d. as in the past. Photographic Survey.-A suggestion made by Mr. Northcote Thomas, Assistant Local Secretary at Oswestry, as to a photo- graphic survey did not meet with acceptance. Strata Florida. — Mr. Harold Hughes' Report on the work done at Strata Florida was read by the General Secretary. A vote of thanks was accorded to Mr. Harold Hughes and Mr. Eyre Evans for the part they had taken in connection with the reparations. The Treasurer made a statement as to the position of the Strata Florida Fund. Treasurer's Report.-The Treasurer read his Annual Report. Excavations Committee.-The Chairman suggested that the Excavations Committee be asked to report on Strata Florida, Segontium and Penmaenmawr. Haverfordwest Priory.-A letter was read from Mr. J. W. Phillips asking, on behalf of the Local Committee, for a grant of £ 50 towards defraying the cost of the further excavations they proposed carrying out on the site of the Priory. The Treasurer suggested that the Annual Meeting be recommended to make a grant of £ 50. Mr. Lovegrove proposed, Mr. Eyre Evans seconded, and it was agreed that the matter be referred to the Excavations Committee of the Association for consideration and report. Pembroke Survey.-The Treasurer made a statement as to the position of the Pembrokeshire Survey Fund and suggested that the balance in hand be reserved for work in the County of Pembroke. This was agreed to. Permanent Excursions Secretary.-Dr. Mortimer Wheeler spoke on the desirability of appointing a permanent Excursions Secretary, and a letter was read from Capt.
