Nos. 1 to 14 of this list were printed in the Public Library Journal from April, 1900, to June, 1903, and Nos. 15 to 19 were issued as a Supplement to that Journal. It now appears for the first time as a separate publication, and will be continued quarterly. This number contains as far as can be ascertained all publications issued during the preceding half-year. All the items included have been added to the Welsh Department of the Cardiff Reference Library. The Editor will be glad to receive information and suggestions as to omissions, and also of publications to be included in subsequent issues.
