Confirmation Classes will be held during the season of Lent, and I hope that those who intend being Confirmed this year will lose no time in sending in their names, either to the clergy, or the District Visitors. I trust the candidates will endeavour to attend the classes as regularly as possible. Last year there were 50 candidates confirmed from St. Mary's. This was a considerable increase on 1902, when the number confirmed from St. Mary's was only 37, but even then the candidates from St. Mary's almost outnumbered those from all the other Churches in the town put together, including the Cathedral Choir and the Clio, which are really extra-parochial. The total number from the other Churches was 39, only two more than St. Mary's. 1 give the exact number of candidates presented from the Town of Bangor in 1902, as published in the " Diocesan Calendar." Bangor Cathedral (Welsh) and St. James' presented between them 18 candidates ; St. David's, Glanadda, 14 ; Cathedral Choir and Clio, which are really extra parochial, seven ; and St. Mary's, 37,
