GIFTS TO ST. MARY'S CHURCH. Mrs. Frazer, 40 Grange Road West, Birkenhead, has presented the Church with very nice book markers for our Welsh Bible on the Lectern. We also beg to acknowledge the gift of very handsome frontals for Pulpit desk and Lectern. The donor desires to remain anonymous. We beg to convey our own personal thanks as well as those of the congregation to these kind friends. We understand that the Senior Vicar of Bangor has requested some of the subscribers to St. Mary's Church residing in his part of the parish, to pay their subscriptions to him to hand over to the Junior Vicar. We embrace this opportunity of informing such subscribers that the Vicar of St. Mary's collects his own subscriptions and pays no commission to anyone for collecting towards his Church Funds. We therefore hope that members of St. Mary's Church residing in the other part of the parish will continue to pay their subscriptions direct to the Vicar of St. Mary's, otherwise their names will not appear in the Annual Statement of Accounts of St. Mary's Church.
