As previously announced, there will be a Grand Bazaar in the Village Hall, Caersws, on Wednesday, September 27th, in aid of the National Schools of this Diocese. It will be opened by the Hon. Mrs. Robert Wynn, at 2 p.m. Admission : Two to three o'clock, Is.; three to six, 6d.; after six p.m. 3d. It is hoped that all those who value religious teaching will make a great effort to support this movement by attending, or by sending contributions or by buying tickets. Both trips—the Sunday School trip to Aber¬ ystwyth on August 8th, and the Choir.trip to Shrewsbury on August 24th—were most highly favoured in the matter of weather, as in each case we had brilliant days, without a spot of rain, though the outlook on the pre- ceeding days had seemed quite hopeless, and on the days succeeding each trip there'were torrents of rain.
