Thomas Percy Clarke, M.A., to the Rectory of Llanwenarth Ultra, near Abergavenny, and licensed the following Curates:— The Rev. The Bishop also granted Lay Readers' Licences to Mr. Isaac Fricker for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Cardiff, and Mr. David Jenkins for the Parish of Llantwit Fardre. At a Special Service held in the Palace Chapel, on Saturday morning, the 29th November, 1902, the Lord Bishop of Llandaff licensed the follow¬ ing Curates:— The Rev. Morgan Evans Davies, B.A., to the Curacy of Kilybebyll, and the Rev. Digby Seys Whitlock Nicholl to the Curacy of Usk with Monkswood. Readers' Licences were granted to Messrs.
