Price, M.A., Minor Canon of Llandaff Cathedral, has been appointed to the Rectory of Caerphilly, vacant by the decease of the Rev. Daniel Lewis. The Rev. A. E. Bloxsome Day, B.A., New College, Oxford, and Senior Curate of Pendleton, Manchester, has been ap¬ pointed to the Minor Canonry in Llandaff Cathedral, vacated by the promotion of the Rev. C. L. Price, to the Rectory of Caerphilly, as above. At a Special Service held in the Palace Chapel, Llandaff, on Monday morning, the 28th April, 1902, the Lord Bishop of Llandaff instituted the Rev. John Rees, B.A., formerly Vicar of Ystradowen, Cowbridge, to the Vicarage of Undy, near Newport, Mon. ; the Rev. Richard Lewellin Rhys, M.A., formerly Curate of Llandaff, was instituted to the Rectory of Llanmartin with Wilcrick, near New¬ port,Mon. ; and the Rev. David Lancelot Henry Jones Lewis, M.A., formerly Curate of St. John the Baptist, Cardiff, was instituted to the Rectory of Michael- stone-super-Ely with St. Brides-super- Ely, near Cardiff.
