THE WELSH OUTLOOK, CARDIFF. TO OUR READERS. THE general policy of "The Welsh Outlook" is laid down in the opening pages. We invite the co-operation of our readers in making the paper a success. We are prepared to answer questions, falling within our programme, sent to us by correspondents, and for this purpose space will be set apart each month. We specially desire The Welsh Outlook" to be helpful in all matters of Local Government, Health, Housing and social problems generally. We are willing to consider articles sent to us, and such articles, if published, will be paid for. They should be addressed to the Editor and should be accompanied by the writer's name and address as a guarantee of good faith (not necessarily for publication.) We cannot be responsible for rejected MSS. but shall endeavour to return them as soon as possible, if a stamped and addressed envelope is enclosed. Contributions are invited to the Wales at Work pages from secretaries of national movements similar in character to those mentioned this month. For particulars of our literary competitions see page 44. if any of our readers find any difficulty in procuring The Welsh Outlook" we hope that they will communicate with us, for the problem of distribution in Wales is a difficult one. We shall be glad to hear from any friend who would be willing to undertake the distribution of a certain number of copies every month in his district. We hope that there will be some who will be ready to help us in this way. We have set ourselves a difficult task, but one that is worthy of the finest efforts, and the fact that there are men and women throughout Wales, who feel as we do and are ready to help us, will probably make all the difference between success and failure. We are being told on all sides that we shall fail. These prophecies are the best evidence of the necessity for success. All subscriptions and business letters should be addressed to the "Manager." Cheques, Postal Orders, and Money Orders should be made payable to 46 The Welsh Outlook Press and crossed London City and Midland Bank Ltd.
