A messuage and parcels in Trevoel, Bayvil parish, a close and parcels in Parke r Eithen, and a parcel called Gweyndy Henllan, Nevern parish, in the fee of Bayvil, held of the King in capite by knight service, the annual value being 9s 4d. The capital messuage and lands called Cwmgloyn in the parishes of Nevarne and Bay- vill, a messuage called Tuthyn y Bayvill, two messuages and lands in Trevoel, a close called Parkey Bryn Kadarn, all in the tenure of Evan Lloyd, gent., and all held of Alban Owen, Esq., as of his manor of Bayvil by free and common socage, of the annual value of 30s. The manor or lordship of Granant, St Dogmaels parish, held, of John Owen, gent., as of his manor of Monington by knight service and suit at court of the manor of Monington twice yearly and a fee of Id per acre for each alienation by the name of relief, viz. 12s. 6d in all for the manors and capital messuages after the decease of the tenant, in the manor of Granant and the capital messuage of Hendre, if the next heir be of full age, for each acre Id in the name of relief, and if he be under age (whether male of female) 20s for ward and marriage to the lord of the manor of Monington, the annual value of the property being 20s. The said John Lloyd was also seized of 3 parcels in the parish of Bayvill called Cavaelon Krygie, in tenure of Mathias Thomas, lying between a highway leading from a stone called Maenhir y Bayvill toward Cardigan, and leading from the said stone toward the church of Moelgrove, and the road called Fordhvaine which leads from Tregamman toward a ford called Rhyd y vagwyr goch, being held of Alban Owen, esq., as of his manor of Bayvill by knight service, fealty and fortnightly suit at the court of the manor of Bayvill, the annual value being 20s. Also of a moiety of two messuages and lands called Treben Eynon and Treben Iago, both in St Dogmaels parish and in tenure of Evan David Mores, held of the manor of St Dogmaels by knight service and suit at the court of the said manor twice a year, the annual value being 4s. Also of a close called Parke Ruffith, Nevern parish, in tenure of the said Evan Lloyd, gent., held of the manor of Maenclochog by free and common socage, the annual value being 12d. Also of three messuages and burgages in the town and liberty of St Dogmaels, in the tenures of William Richard, Thomas ap Thomas, and Phillip John, held of the burgh of St. Dogmaels, the annual value being 3s 6d. That a certain John ap Howell of Moelgrove, yeoman, by indenture of 26 March 1610 mortgaged to the said John Lloyd a messuage and lands in the town and fields of Tre Rees Issa and Tre (Rees Ucha) in of St Dogmaels and Granant, in St. Dog- maels parish, for 21 years from the feast of St Michael the Archangel then ensuing, to secure £ 16, by virtue whereof the said John Lloyd held the premises at the time of his death, of the manor of St Dogmaels by knight service, fealty, and suit at the court of that manor twice a year, the annual value being 2s. That Thomas William Lloyd of Penywerne, St Dogmaels parish, by indenture of 2 October 1605 mortgaged to the said John Lloyd one acre in the town and fields of Tre Rees Ycha for 4 years to secure £ 8, by virtue whereof the said John Lloyd at
