SWANSEA DISPENSARY, FOR THE RELIEF OF THE SICK POOR. Day of I Recommend aged residing (being too poor to pay for Medical Assistance) as a proper Object of this Charity SUBSCRIBER. RULES TO BE OBSERVED. t. THE Dispensary is open for the Reception of Recommendatory Letters, and the Admissio Patients, on the Days mentioned below, when the Physicians and Surgeoos attend. II. Such as are not able to come to the Dispensary must send their Letters of Recommendation by the Nurse, or other proper Person, every Day the Physicians or Surgeons attend. III. Whoever neglects to attend the Physicians or Surgeons at the Dispensary for Ten Days, shall be discharged. IV. Patients must keep their Letters clean; it not discharged within a Month, they must have their Recommendations renewed, and bring back the old Letters. I V. Patients requiring a Repetition of the Medicines, must send for them between the Hours of Tel and One. VI. The Patients must take care of and return the Bottles &c. &c. containing their Medicines, and must conform to the Rules given them, or they will be dismissed. VII. Patients when discharged, are to leave their Letters of Recommendation at the Dispensary, and receive Letters of Thanks to the Subscribers who recommended them, which they must deliver immncdiately, on pain of not receiving any future Benefit from this Charity. BR. ELLIOT, Physician, MR. THOMASPROSSER, SURGEON, attend every MONDAY and THUDA: Tom Ten o'Clock to Eleven. DS. HOBBES, PHYSICIAN, MR. JOHN DAVIES, SURGEON, attend every Tuesday and FRIDAY from Ton o'Clock to Eleven. DR. J. C. COLLINS, PHYSICIAN, SYLVESTER, SURGEON, attend every WEDNESEY and SATURDAY, from Ten o'Clock to Eleven Children arc Innoculated for the Coto-pock, every Monnday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Subscribers may have these Letters on application at the Dispensary.
