Report of the Annual Meeting of the Society, 1933. THE Annual Meeting took place on August 10, 1933, at Trinity Chapel Schoolroom, King Street, Wrexham. The Council met at 4.30 p.m., the following members being present: Sir E. Vincent Evans, C.H., LL.D., F.S.A. Dr. John Edward Lloyd, F.B.A.; the Rev. D. Eurof Walters, M.A., B.D. Mr. W. LI. Davies, M.A. the Rev. W. R. Watkin, M.A. Mr. W. Gilbert Williams, M.A. Mr. Arthur ap Gwynn, M.A.; the Rev. T. Llechid Jones, B.A. Mr. Hugh Evans and the Hon. Secretary. Sympathy was expressed with the Auditor, Mr. William Lewis, J.P., in his illness, and with the family of the late Sir Joseph Bradney. The Treasurer was unavoidably absent. His audited Report for the year showed a balance in hand on June 30, 1933, of £ 64 18s. 8d. The Editor was thanked for the excellent number of the Journal he had recently issued, viz., Vol. IV, No. 3. A letter from Mr. H. Farr, Cardiff Public Library, was referred for further consideration to the Editor and Secre- tary. At 5 p.m. Mr. Rowland Thomas, of the firm of Messrs. Hughes & Son, Wrexham, and Mrs. Thomas, entertained the members to tea, and the thanks of the Society were heartily expressed to them for their generous hospitality.
